I work with two monitors and keep one Chrome window open on each screen. The problem was that Chrome manages pinned tabs separately for every window. My two windows would gradually end up with different pinned apps, and every new window required setting them up again. After trying nearly every Chrome tab manager I could find, I realized most were designed around sessions, tab search, or saved workspaces. None provided the simple behavior I wanted: Pin an app in either window, and make it available in both. So I built PinAllWindows. It maintains one consistent set of pinned apps across normal Chrome windows, removes duplicates, and includes a side-panel tab tree for navigating and moving tabs between windows. It requires no account or external server and stores only pinned-site origins locally. Version 0.8.1 is finally stable enough that I’m comfortable sharing it. I’d especially appreciate feedback from other dual-monitor Chrome users.

I started with OpenAI back in the GPT-3 days, then bounced between the major labs (with a brief interlude with Workers AI).

I eventually settled on Gemini 2.5 Flash Lite as my workhorse, using it against structured data/vectors as a chatbot. It was cheap, good enough, and most importantly, fast - but it's now being sunset and I'm not sure where to go to find similar performance.

Groq seems promising but developer access hasn't been available for months. I'd love to use open source, but I never found anything comparable (cost/performance/speed).

Would love to hear your suggestions.
